Colts Face Falcons in Berlin – Week 10 NFL Action
Hello, football enthusiasts. How are you? Everything good I trust on this excellent morning kickoff to week 10 coming straight outta Germany. Berlin's Olympic Stadium to be precise where at 8.30am CST/9.30am EST and 2.30pm GMT the mighty Colts (seven wins and two losses) take on the Atlanta Falcons (3-5). The fifth game played on German soil and the initial in the capital city.

Here we go! And we have an exciting start after the Colts running back receives a short throw, sweeps out for 15 yards to the right side then loses the ball … only for his center to recover the fumble with the recovery. Colts are in Falcons territory already.

And the excitement continues as the Indianapolis attempts a fourth-down conversion. The gamble fails to pay off as the wide receiver fails to catch a fastball from Jones. Prior to the failed attempt Jessie Bates put a massive tackle on tight end Mo Alie-Cox. The Falcons have come out fighting on defense as they attempt to end their string of three losses. Did Kyle Pitts just drop a touchdown? The Falcons player makes a crucial error, he was wide open but the ball just swishes through his hands. That moment reflects the first round pick’s career to date.
So far, so disappointing but it only gets worse for the Atlanta as they turn over possession to the Indianapolis on the 23-yard mark. Michael Penix Jr is hunted down and fumbles the football.
A nifty 22-yard run from Ashton Dulin sets Jonathan Taylor up to easily run for a touchdown on the next snap. Kicker Michael Badgley skews the extra point wide. Mistake.

Penix Jr puts the fumble behind him by leading Atlanta on a long drive for a score of their own. The wide receiver makes some chunky receptions to put them in the red zone then the defense opens up for the running back to saunter on to the goal line through the heart of the field for 13 yards. The running back finishes it off for a one-yard touchdown of his own. Advantage Atlanta.
